Infrared Sauna

Relax your body and release stress, pain and accumulated toxins using the soothing heat of our individual use Infrared Sauna. There is a shower available within the sauna room. We will provide you with water and a towel for your session. We kindly ask that you use the sauna for 45 minutes, allowing yourself time before and after to shower/change. You will have the sauna room for up to 60 minutes.
Red Light/NIR Therapy

Red and near infrared (NIR) have amazing effects on our bodies and there are thousands of studies to back up the power of light therapy in enhancing human health.
Benefits of Red Light: (600-700nm) improves skin texture and tone, decreases fine lines and wrinkles, relieves acne, eczema, and psoriasis, promotes collagen production, and helps with hair growth.
Benefits of NIR: (700-1100nm) penetrates deeper into the tissues to assist with wound healing, muscle recovery, inflammation, nerve injury, joint pain, better mood, and improved sleep.
Treatments are 30 minutes and combine both Red Light and NIR for maximum benefits.
